PERFORMANCE

  • Class-exclusive Duramax turbo-diesel 3.0-liter I-6
  • All-new Active Response 4WD™ System
  • First-in-class four-corner Air Ride Adaptive Suspension
  • 10-speed automatic transmission
  • New hybrid unibody-on-frame platform
  • Independent rear suspension

INTERIOR

  • Power-sliding center console
  • New chrome accents around the instrument panel, buttons, and controls
  • Four interior color themes

TECHNOLOGY

  • Wireless projection for Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto®
  • New GMC Pro Safety Plus package available on Yukon SLE and standard for SLT, AT4, and Denali

How much longer is the 2021 GMC Yukon?

The 2021 GMC Yukon is 6.1 inches longer than the previous generation and has expanded its wheelbase by 4.9 inches. The result? A wealth of interior space that features 40 percent more third-row legroom and class-leading cargo space behind the aforementioned third row. Whether you need space for passengers or payload, the 2021 Yukon over-delivers with seating for up to eight and a tremendous 122.9 cubic feet of cargo area with the second- and third-row seats folded flat.

All-New 2021 Yukon AT4

The GMC AT4 family is proud to welcome the 2021 Yukon into the fold with a unique blend of refinement and off-road capabilities. The 2021 Yukon AT4 is geared toward South Dakota’s adventure-minded drivers with an available, Active Response 4-wheel drive (4WD) system and Air Ride Adaptive Suspension. 2021 GMC Yukon KBB.com Review

“There’s a familiarity to the new Yukon’s exterior, paying homage to its predecessor while simultaneously offering a fresh, new look. Up front a massive grille varies its design, using black horizontal slats for the AT4 model and trademark Galvano chrome mesh for the Denali. LED daytime running lights, LED headlights and LED fog lights complete the look. From the side, the styling remains reserved, with minimal chrome accents and relatively slab-sided sheet metal complemented by vast expanses of flush side glass. Wheels range in size from 18 to 22 inches. Around back, the wide rear hatch now incorporates a separate flip-up glass panel for easier access.” 1

2021 GMC Yukon Edmunds Review

“Our experience in a top-trim Denali tester colors us impressed. The Yukon still feels like the big truck that it is from behind the wheel, but everything about its character feels more refined than the previous model. Our tester’s adaptive air suspension glides over all but the roughest road textures, with none of the rear jitters we’ve come to expect of body-on-frame SUVs. It also gives the Yukon surprising handling characteristics.” 2

2021 GMC Yukon MotorTrend Review

“It’s positively enormous. The new Yukon is the first of its kind to comfortably fit adults in its third row. It’s also the first to successfully fit passengers in the third row and a substantial amount of luggage—in this case, four airline-friendly rollaboard bags (done without stacking the bags on top of each other, too).” 3
